Sarah is a registered nurse and has worked in the health system for over twenty years both here in Australia and the United Kingdom. She has worked in different levels of the health system including community, primary and tertiary care and has extensive experience in complex care as well as working in training and development. She has completed further tertiary study including a Masers of Health Professional Education and is committed to professional behaviour, promoting a safe learning culture for the professional development of all team members and role modelling our values.

Michael Doyle

Michael has worked in both the public and private sector both here in Australia and in the UK for almost thirty years. He has worked extensively with people with complex needs and challenging behaviours including mental health and intellectual disability. He has experience with creating and managing community and crisis teams, management of large housing programs, community programs, respite accommodation, suicide prevention programs, and coordinating care for people across health and social welfare. He remains passionate in providing positive opportunities for all people to live successfully in the community.

Fared Razwq

Fared's passion for health, fitness and healthy living is something our clients have positively embraced. They love working with Fared as he encourages them to be active, eat well and take care of their health. Fared enjoys getting to know what motivates our clients and use their motivators to plan activities which they love and to try things they would not have thought of before. Fared loves seeing our clients look forward to his activities and giving him their feedback on how much they enjoy their time with him and looking at other things they can work towards and achieve with his help and support.

Lynda Robberds

Lynda has been with us from the start and has been a continual source of support and guidance for not only our team as we grow but most importantly our clients. Lynda's experience working in the industry has given her a deep understanding of working with different people and a comprehensive understanding of all our client’s needs. Lynda’s strength is in building relationships quickly and working with all clients who have different goals and aspirations. Lynda's kindness, compassion, love of what she does and desire to make a difference enables her to deliver comprehensive supports to our clients.

Nicola Cowlard

Nicola joined our team in 2022 and brought her experience of working with different clients in their homes as well as in the community. Nicola is a kind, nurturing and caring person who finds helping people an extremely rewarding and inspirational experience. She believes empowering clients through support, guidance, and commitment to their goals is key to their success. She is a passionate advocate for her client's needs and ensures that each day is their best day. Nicola loves to learn about her client's likes and dislikes and how together they can get the best out of each day.

Christian Zaratan

Christian joined our team with a desire to support people in the community. Christian has a fun outlook which he brings to our clients and makes sure there are plenty of laughs in their day. He has loved learning the value of what we do and the importance of his role and our clients wellbeing. Christian’s clients love his can do attitude and the time he takes to listen to them and incorporate their needs into their time together.

Maria Isabella Cueto

Isabella joined our team in 2022 and is currently studying her Cert IV in Mental Health. Isabella’s strong family values has seen her build supportive relationships with all clients, so they feel safe and comfortable with her help and support while working to achieve their goals. Isabella demonstrates a strong desire to support all care according to the clients care plans but also looks for areas where improvements can be made. Our clients value Isabella’s way of making the mundane be fun and taking the time to see and do things differently.

Darren Shields

Darren joined our team recently from overseas and will be working with us while he is travelling and enjoying the sunshine Australia has to offer. Darren has lots of experience working with people in their homes as well as supporting them in the community. Darren enjoys getting to know the clients and what motivates them so they can work towards achieving their goals. Darren’s calm manner and easy-going nature means is a winner with our clients and they enjoy working with him.
